Under COVID situation, it takes 5~14 days for the following countries

The above countries are available for K-packet air shipping at this moment and we are expecting K-Packet service will cover more countries as it did before COVID19. 

 Express shipping will be carried by EMS service which will take 3~7 days for most countries. Sometimes it takes up to 7~15 days, especially for this COVID19 period. For quantity order air freight shipping will be utilized via forwarding company.

For other EU countries currently Express shipping by UPS is available. as of now this is the only air shipping method for those countries though somewhat expensive.

We support International Express like DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT ,EMS.Also support Air cargo,sea cargo, Direct line, Air Mail according to the clients' request. (About 3-7 working days for international express, 5-7 working days for air cargo) 

Return

Customer should return items in original condition within 7 days if any item is defective upon receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and handling cost in case of changing mind or normal functioning products.

Importing tax and custom duty is carried by the buyer.
